Smart links built for music ad campaigns — and for AI agents
Paste a Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer link. Get a release page that loads instantly inside TikTok and Instagram, opens the fan’s streaming app, and reports visits and streaming clicks to your Meta and TikTok pixels from the browser and from our server.
- ~7 KB of HTML per page
- Meta Conversions API
- TikTok Events API
- Open REST API
From release link to running ads in minutes
No spreadsheets of store URLs, no page builder. One link in, one fast page out.
Paste a link or code
A Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer URL, or the ISRC/UPC from your distributor.
We match the platforms
Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer are filled in automatically. YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music and SoundCloud get a search link to check; paste any other service yourself.
Publish
Pick a clean path like
strms.link/juno/night-drive. The page is cached at the edge worldwide.Run your ads
Connect your Meta and TikTok pixels once per workspace and optimise campaigns on real streaming clicks.
Everything a release link needs, nothing that slows it down
A smart link (or fan link) for every release, built for independent artists, managers and labels who pay for every click and want each one to count.
Ultra-light pages
About 7 KB of HTML plus one cover image, served from Cloudflare’s edge. Fans on slow mobile data see the page, not a spinner.
Opens the app, not a login wall
Inside Instagram and TikTok in-app browsers, buttons open the Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music app directly, where fans are already signed in.
Server-side conversions
Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API alongside the pixels, deduplicated by a shared event ID, so ad blockers and browser privacy limits cost your campaign fewer conversions.
A streaming-click event
StreamingClick fires only when a fan taps a streaming service, so Meta optimises for listeners, not for merch or page views.
Buttons you control
Edit any URL, reorder, hide, or add custom links for tickets, merch and pre-orders. Up to 30 buttons per page.
Cover art handled
Artwork is imported from the streaming services automatically, or upload your own. Resized and compressed for phones.
Consent only where required
The consent banner appears only for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Everyone else gets a clean page.
Click counting from day one
Every click is recorded per link and per button, without IP addresses. Reports by country, source and device: Coming soon
Workspaces and artists
Group artists under one workspace. Set a pixel once for the label, override it per artist or per release.
Every event, sent twice, counted once
Each visit and click fires the pixel in the browser and is sent again from our server with the same event ID. Meta and TikTok deduplicate them, so you get full coverage without double counting.
| What the fan does | Meta (Pixel + CAPI) | TikTok (Pixel + Events API) | Sent from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opens the page | PageView + ViewContent | ViewContent | Browser + server |
| Taps a streaming service | StreamingClick | ClickButton | Browser + server |
| Taps a custom link | OutboundClick | ClickButton | Browser + server |
Works when the pixel can’t
Clicks are recorded on our redirect, so the server event goes out even if an ad blocker stopped the pixel or JavaScript never ran.
Bots don’t train your ads
Traffic flagged as automated is never sent as a server conversion, keeping your campaign’s learning signal clean.
Optional standard events
Mirror clicks as Meta Lead or Contact to optimise without a custom conversion. Test with your test_event_code before going live.
Your assistant can run your release links
strms.link is API-first: the dashboard itself runs on our public REST API, documented with OpenAPI 3.1. Anything you can click, a script or an agent can do.
- REST API — available now. Browse the API docs.
- MCP server (Model Context Protocol) — available now for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients: create, edit, publish and measure smartlinks.
- API keys — available now, per workspace, read-only or read and write.
- One-click connectors in the Claude and ChatGPT directories Coming soon
- Agent-designed pages — available now: an agent picks one of six themes and sets colors, background, buttons, font, layout and button text through MCP, within safe limits (enforced text contrast, no custom code).
Make a smartlink for my new single “Night Drive” and attach my Meta pixel.
Done: strms.link/juno/night-drive is live with Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer. Your “Main dataset” pixel sends StreamingClick from browser and server.
Dozens of times lighter than typical smart links
Fans who tap a TikTok or Instagram ad do not wait for a slow page: heavy pages lose them before the buttons appear. Ours ships no framework and no third-party code unless you connect a pixel.
Total page weight on a phone. strms.link: about 7 KB of HTML (about 3 KB compressed) plus one 640 px cover, 30–80 KB for typical artwork, before any ad pixel. Competitor figures: public release pages measured in headless Chromium on October 3, 2026 (Linkfire lnk.to, Feature.fm ffm.to; uncompressed transfer).
Questions artists ask about smart links
What is a smart link?
A smart link (also called a smartlink or fan link) is one URL for a song or album that sends each fan to the streaming service they use: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer and others. strms.link builds smart links for artists who promote releases with Meta and TikTok ads.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the beta. Smartlinks, pixels and server-side conversions are all included, with no card required. If paid plans come later, we will announce them well in advance.
Which streaming services are supported?
Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer are matched automatically from a link, ISRC or UPC, by code where the service allows it and otherwise by artist, title and duration. YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music and SoundCloud get a search link you check and replace with the exact page. YouTube, Bandcamp, Audiomack, Boomplay, Pandora, Beatport and Yandex Music buttons work when you paste the link. Any other site can be a custom button.
How do I set up the Meta and TikTok pixels?
Add your Meta dataset ID or TikTok pixel code and an access token from Events Manager. Set it once for the workspace, or per artist or release. Tokens are encrypted and never shown again. Send a test event to confirm it works before your campaign starts.
Do I need a cookie banner in the EU?
strms.link shows a consent banner automatically to visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and sends nothing to Meta or TikTok there until the fan agrees. Visitors elsewhere see no banner.
Will links open the Spotify app from Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. We detect in-app browsers and open the Spotify app on iOS and Android, Apple Music on iOS and YouTube Music on Android.
Is there an API or an MCP server?
Yes, both. The REST API is documented at app.strms.link/api/docs (OpenAPI 3.1). The MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at app.strms.link/mcp lets Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients create, edit, publish and measure smartlinks. Both work with an API key you create in the dashboard. One-click connectors in the Claude and ChatGPT directories are coming soon. See For AI agents.
Can I edit a link after it’s live?
Yes. Change buttons, order, cover or path at any time. Published changes replace the cached page worldwide, usually within a minute or two.
Who owns the data?
You own your content, and your ad data lives in your own Meta and TikTok accounts. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses, and we never build profiles of fans across different artists’ pages. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I move from Linkfire, Feature.fm or Hypeddit?
Paste the Spotify or Apple Music link of each release and the page is rebuilt in seconds. Point your bio and new ads to the strms.link URL; your old links keep working where they are.
What is coming next?
On the roadmap (not available yet): one-click Claude and ChatGPT connectors, custom CSS and content blocks on pages, pre-save, custom domains, artist pages and Google Ads.
